Sponsor
The Tan Line $50 Website Gift Card Giveaway, referred to in these Official Rules as the “Giveaway,” is sponsored and administered by Tan Line LLC, referred to as the “Sponsor.” Instagram and TikTok are not sponsors or administrators of this Giveaway.
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry.
Eligibility is limited to residents of states and jurisdictions where Sponsor can legally sell and fulfill an order placed through drinktanline.com.
The Giveaway is void in Puerto Rico, all other United States territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, distributors, retailers, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and fulfillment providers, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter or win.
For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they live.
Participation constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins when the official Giveaway Post is published on Friday, July 10th 2026 and ends on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry:
- Follow @drinktanline on Instagram.
- Like the three (3) most recent Instagram posts immediately preceding the giveaway post on the @drinktanline account.
- Comment on the giveaway post and tag at least one friend.
Bonus Entries (optional):
- Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @drinktanline for one (1) additional entry. If your account is private, send a screenshot via direct message.
- Follow @drinktanline on TikTok for one (1) additional entry.
Maximum of three entries per person. No purchase is necessary to enter. Multiple comments, mentions, or likes will not result in additional standard entries.
Entrants should not mention anyone without their permission or inaccurately tag an individual in a photograph or other content in which that person does not appear.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) $50 gift card to drinktanline.com.
No alcoholic beverages are included as part of the prize.
The gift card may be used toward eligible products available through drinktanline.com, subject to applicable age-verification requirements, shipping restrictions, product availability, website terms, and all federal, state, and local laws.
The gift card is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a nonalcoholic prize or gift card of equal or greater value if the advertised prize cannot legally or reasonably be fulfilled.
Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be selected on Friday, July 24, 2026, via Tan Line’s Instagram account @drinktanline and contacted via Instagram direct message. The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. Tan Line will only contact the winner from @drinktanline on Instagram and will never request payment or banking information.
The Sponsor may require the winner to verify eligibility, including age and U.S. residency, before awarding the prize.
The gift card does not guarantee that Sponsor can legally ship alcoholic beverages to the winner’s address. If Sponsor cannot legally fulfill an order to the winner’s location, Sponsor may substitute a non-alcoholic prize or gift card of equal or greater value.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to:
- Comply with these Official Rules.
- Allow Sponsor to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
- Release and hold harmless Tan Line LLC, its affiliates, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering this giveaway.
